Compared with last several years, our campus hire count has grown sharply to around 200. But after we conducted a series of interview with our intern who is ready to get their bachelor or master degree in the next year, we got a conclusion – it's hard to find qualified hire based on our bar – most of the failed candidates don't prepare well enough to demonstrate their ability and potential. Based on my experience and discussions with colleagues, I want to list what we are mostly focus when we as an interviewer.
