With the recently released final version of Internet Explorer 9, SharedView is failing to start correctly, or will stop with an error once in a session when Sharing, Handouts, or Messaging is used.  The behavior may vary based on the version of Windows you have.  The team is investigating and will provide updates here.  As a workaround, you can uninstall Internet Explorer 9 and use a previous version of Internet Explorer, available here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/downloads/ie
