As I mentioned a couple of month's ago, we would like to improve our support and interaction with the growing number of SharePoint oriented user groups around the world. To ensure that we are focused on the right issues and priorities, I will be hosting a "SharePoint User Groups" side meeting at the SharePoint Conference in Seattle. Here are the details and agenda:

  • When: March 3, 5:30-7:00PM PST
  • Where: Room 616/617 at Washington State Convention & Trade Center, Seattle WA
  • Agenda:
    • 5:30-5:45: Introductions
    • 5:45-6:15: Overview of SharePoint product group's community strategy, programs, and resources
    • 6:15-6:45: Overview of Microsoft’s overall online user group support strategy and preview of Microsoft’s User Group Support Services website for SharePoint user groups
    • 6:45-7:00: Q&A

If you're attending the SharePoint Conference next week and you are or aspire to be a SharePoint user group leader, this side meeting is for you! Please click here to e-mail me an RSVP, so I can get a good estimate of the number of attendees. I look forward to meeting you next Monday night.

  • Hello Everyone

I am seeking a SHAREPOINT Guru for a project at MS.  (Sharepoint Administrator)

If you are available and interested please feel free to call me or contact me at 425-952-4624 or fyazdi@ciber.com

  • How about a User/Group Administrative Tool to support user/group administration across multiple WSS 3.0 sites in a site collection? all site collections on a server? all site collections in an enterprise?

Keeping track of users using search or manual methods is a very labor intense process. Is there a command line tool to delete all SQL Server table entries related to the removal of a user from a WSS Site?

    Thanks In Advance
