Having just returned from seeing Paolo deliver a Silverlight training course to 20 UK Academics, I was struck by how alien the XAML / Visual Studio / Expression Blend combo seemed to everyone - although after a couple of hours, everyone was getting on swimmingly well.

But how to leverage their Flash skills?  Well, it's a common question for Microsoft, so let me introduce Project Rosetta: a new site dedicated to helping designers and developers take advantage of their existing skills.

Well worth a visit - two highlights (i) most gratuitous use of the phrase "creative recklessness", and (ii) a neat idea of announcing updates via Twitter (as well as RSS).
