I was getting ready to speak in front of a large group recently and was looking for something to illustrate the point about how having a good business strategy followed by a great execution capability is critical for any business to be successful. I came across this quote from Sun Tzu, who is considered one of the best strategists that I liked so much that I wanted to share with you all. Here it is:
