This didn't help anything.</p> <p>Later I thought: The component that fails in my case (itks different in each case on channel and msdn forums) is Microsoft Web Designer Tools. I had access to Expression Web Designer as part of my work but I havevnt't installed it before, so, I tried to install it and see.
