There's a human in the loop, but I wonder if that helps or hurts the privacy aspects.  I mean, would you feel more comfortable getting that sort of information if it were coming from a computer? 

Btw, in other news I see that GetHuman has completed its standard for how voice interfaces should make it easier to talk to humans.
