Richard, Not sure where to go to resolve this question, but hoped you could help point me in the right direction. My doctor has a Verizon PDA/phone and needs to respond quickly when he gets paged. He has to dial the number and put in his pass code. He finds it very difficult to input the numbers easily. Is there a means to use Voice Command to solve this problem? Could he enter a Outlook entry with the number and pauses and the code? I haven't been able to solve the steps neccessary and I'm a MCSE. Any other easy approach is welcome, of course. Granted this is pretty mundane, but I'm stuck. Any direction or help would be appreciated.

You're right. The easiest way to do this is to create an Outlook contact with a name like ("Hospital Callback").  In the contact phone number field, enter the number like this:  "XXX-XXX-XXXX,,,PPPP"  (where PPPP is the passcode -- the commas just pause the dialing for a few seconds while the other side answers).  From then on, when the doctor is paged, he just says "Call Hospital Callback" and VoiceCommand will dial the number and enter the passcode.
