Wayne, thanks for sharing this document. My largest concern about migrating an SQL Server instance to SQL Azure is to replicate that snapshotting process that was easily available in SQL Server (snapshots taken on a daily basis). Do you intend to provide for snapshotting and recovery management as well?
This is a much request feature that you will see in the future for SQL Azure, however I can't comment on release date or feature yet.
