  • Hi,

I am noticing high volume of Login Failed for User 'NT Authrority\SYSTEM' errors in few of my SQL Server 2012 SP1 environments. In another environment where Sharepoint is installed/cofigured, there are tons of "Using 'dbghelp.dll' version '4.0.5' being recorded every 5 seconds to the SQL Server Log. The second issue is due to the extended events created by Sharepoint and disabling the event doesn't work, as it enables it right back. The only workaround is to completely delete the extended event so far. Do you know if these issues are fixed in this CU? I am not able to find any relevant information in the article to this.

  • This CU breaks the ability to look at Maintenance Plans as it does something to SSMS.  Only way to sort it out was to remove this CU or to go to CU4.  The option that I took.

  • After applying CU4, SSRS reports using multi valued parameters will fail.

    The fix is under CU5.

  • some how video works some times, I can not fix it, I did all I can
