&lt;p&gt;Any update on that target, given you&amp;#39;ve only got three days left to meet it?!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As your customers have overwhelmingly told you time and time again, cumulative updates are not acceptable as a replacement for regular service packs. Let the people who are severely affected by an issue take the risk of a cumulative update; the rest of us want properly tested and supported service packs on a reasonably predictable schedule.&lt;/p&gt;
