&lt;p&gt;Why do you do upgrades that down grade the product?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The differences are shown correctly but the generate script button and Update buttons are disabled.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thus, I&amp;#39;m unable to update the database with the schema changes......is this a known issue or have I missed something?&lt;/p&gt;
