Another cool find by Frank - IE7 Pro is an extension to IE7 that provides tonnes of cool tweaks. My 2 favourite's are

crash recovery: brings back the pages you had open should IE7 unexpectedly fall over
proxy toggle: allows me to quickly switch my proxy server on and off

No toolbar is perfect. I enjoy Quero but it's got one or two little weirdnesses so I was looking for

My IE7 hates running on Win Server 2003, so Crash recovery will come in handy. :)
