A few other folks have already blogged about this so I'll keep it short :) It's a new website focused on providing practical guidance for developers working with small businesses. Research showed that developers in this arena had the following pain points that need addressing.

1. Drowning in complexity – our professional and enterprise focus is too high a barrier-to-entry for very small projects
2. Have no time to learn – learning is done through on-the-job research, online materials, self paced study and examples
3. Good enough, really is good enough – well architected systems are nice but not necessary

To address these needs, our MSDN folks designed a web site based around the top tasks that these developers were faced with regularly:

• integrating data between systems,
• building reports,
• building small web and windows LOB applications.

They also added a deployment section to help show how to get the finished solution published. Pretty cool and very clean and easy site is the result.
