I was due to chat with Charles Fitzgerald today for an update on Software plus Services from his side of the house. It was always an interesting chat with Charles as you get a straight-up view. No BS I believe they call it out here :)

Sadly it wasn't to be as it was his last day and he was closing things out so our meeting didn't happen. I exchanged a couple of mails with him and enjoyed his last blog post.

Hope he shows up at MIX08 in Vegas to tell us about his new gig :)
