My buddy Frank Arrigo tagged me a week or so ago for 8 random facts. Here we go:

1. My first job was a paper round where I earned around £7 per week
2. My favourite sport at school was originally the long jump
3. I still have my first Microsoft PC – a Toshiba Tecra I think. Had about 20 since
4. I was born on the same date as someone quite famous at Microsoft. Guess who?
5. I’ve done 3 bungee jumps. One in Europe, two in NZ
6. I love hats. not that pink one though… ;)
7. I support Liverpool Football Club and used to get in for free as a kid as my dad worked there
8. I’ve barrel rolled a jet plane

Finally we’re making it clear for people where products fit in our Software plus Services strategy with some simple rebranding. Dynamics CRM Live is now Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online which fits with what we're saying pretty consistently now - the Live brand is consumer and small business focused and Online is "big" business focused.

This kind of stuff has tripped us up in the past so it's good to see us improving.

Vote for you favourite Web 2.0 apps – but may I suggest Popfly :) They’ve recently made some great updates and if you haven’t played with Popfly you really ought to. It’s a simple, beautiful tool and reminds me how Microsoft really does still do innovation rather well.

Erbert and Gerbert’s is a chain of sandwich shops. What are they doing on YouTube then? Probably what any smart company should be doing – spreading their word as well as they spread their sandwiches.
