it’s a good day for Windows Mobile and Exchange with Sony Ericsson announcing the launch dates for the much anticipated Xperia X1 and Nokia announcing that 43 Nokia S60 3rd Edition devices are now ActiveSync enabled for over the air synchronisation with Exchange Server.

The Nokia announcement apparently enables ~80m users to connect to Exchange and whilst it will not be all of them I’d bet a good portion of the corporate owned devices will do. Once you have that connection it’s hard to live without it.

Meantime, I need to get my hands on the Xperia X1 – I’ve been holding out for it and didn’t expect it so soon actually so a nice surprise. Now….where are my Windows Mobile chums? :) Oh and Sony Ericsson is teasing us with their JonnyX trailer.
