Okay Sony…lay it one the line. What do you want me to do to secure a reviewers version of the new Vaio TT? This is a truly beautiful piece of kit with a spec to die for.
4GB RAM, 256GB Solid State Drive, Blu-ray Disc™ playback/recording, webcam, Bluetooth, fingerprint sensor, trusted platform module, HDMI out, noise cancelling headphones and premium carbon fibre casing
I NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED.
Hat tip to my man Brad for the Tipp off :)
It's a beautiful machine. I'm especially lovin the red colour scheme.
TT laptop and TT car me thinks... When's Christmas coming?
Dear nice, lovely Sony PR person. Could I have a review laptop too??
Hey Steve - we are just about to post a video review on the new range of Sony business Vaio's - our experience is that the mid range ones, most suitable for business, are pretty heavy. Not great luggability was my phrase!
Yup, I'm working off the VGN-AR61M, which is a beast in terms of size and weight.
The 17" screen is great, the bluray drive and the HDMI out are bonuses, but when travelling I yearn for my previous Vaio with the 15" screen and half the weight!

Joel - I'm using the Vaio TZ at the moment with SSD and it's a stunning machine. my back couldn't handle the AR :)
that does indeed look sweet - hopefully Sony will offer better long term support than my 2yo SZ390P gets (no driver updates since Vista was released!)
if that puppy has media keys though it would be a pretty darn great device
How convenient that my TX is nearing end of life... :-)
