I’ll be honest with you, when I first received an email from the team suggesting Multimap for Outlook would be worthy of a blog post I was sceptical. It wasn’t until I read Mel Carson’s review and got around to playing with it myself I realised they were right. This is a killer app for Outlook.
In short, this new Add-in allows fast and simple insertion of maps to meetings, contacts and emails. All you do once it’s installed is click ‘add map’, put in an address or postcode and 10 seconds later you have something like this in an email or meeting request.
Trust me people, it’s sweet and it’s available for Outlook 2007 from the MultiMap site.
I created one similar to this as part of a test project. I should have posted it and got some reviews on it, but instead I went ahead and created my Outlook Task/Project management application called ActionProjectManager. (http://www.ActionProjectManager.com)...hope fully someone will see that as a blog worthy Outlook Application...

Is there a tool or plug-in for Outlook that can map contacts efficiently? All my contacts are in Outlook and I can see that when planning my trips I look up or query Outlook Contacts and display on a map! -
from memory, I think you can do this with Excel
