The Forgotten Attachment Detector (FAD) is another project from OfficeLabs and is a handy little add in for Outlook.
When you send an email FAD checks it for keywords that indicate you’ve forgotten to attach an attachment. If it detects this, it notifies you and gives you a chance to correct any mistakes.
Simple, efficient and FRE :)

Steve, as always a great idea from the office labs boys and girls (just like the search commands addin).
Would be good to know what logic or key words they are using. I tried the following tests:
1. Please find attached the report we discussed (FAD got this one)
2. Please find for review the report we discussed (Not trapped)
If it is as crude as looking for "attach....." then not so good
