Windows 7 has been a big team effort and our customer service and support guys are a big part of this. They explain all in this video and have also posted a funky Silverlight demo to show how Customer Support has evolved.
i recently played around with windows 7 seems exactly the same as vista but re-branded. not sure if MS thought vista is a PR diaster and decided to rush through windows 7 which is same thing...I will still be sticking with win XP
i purchased a pavillion p6180 on 8/31/09 and was told that I would get a free upgrade to windows 7. i know the operating system came out on 10/22/09 when will i get the upgrade kit. I would love to get started with it.
^^ Lee, did you sign up via HPs website for the upgrade, may be a ridiculous question but I have friends who failed to do this and they're bigger nerds than I am.
I have an HP touchsmart device and recently received an email stating that my copy will arrive soon but has been delayed due to printing issues for the driver disc... so perhaps that's it.
I have Vista on 2 desktops and 1 laptop and I hate it . I,ve tried all the upgrades but nothing helps. Is MC going to up grad us so we can get rid of all the problems with Vist ??
I have all hp's should I go to them?
