Scott Lovegrove really is a damn fine chap and he churns out the best plugins for Windows Live Writer. Last week I casually suggested a plugin to make Blackbird Pie, Twitter’s active quote service, available as a plugin. Hey presto, a few days later Scott turns out the goods. If this post has a live quote above, then it worked.

It’s very easy to use. You simply click the insert Blackbird Pie button in Live Writer, you see the box below and paste in your Twitter link. Hey presto, you now have a live link. Yay!
