Howdy there y'all.  My name is Steven Roe and I am a Field Engineer for Microsoft.  My specialty (as you may be able to tell from the blogspace's title) is SharePoint.  That being said, in my job I travel around a lot working with customers in both proactive and reactive capacities.  While I am onsite, I get various questions and see many different ways of using this technology.  What I would like to do with this space is take these experiences and provide them back to the community.

 As I find new and interesting nuggets of information, I think it best serves the community at large if we can get it back out to others who may be facing the same obstacles.  I have learned so much by reading the blogs of folks like Keith Richie and Joel Oleson.  By giving back these experiences, we can all prosper and move forward.  So I will endeavor to add at least one post a week (we field folks get very busy) and hope you will comment and provide additional feedback to me.  Feel free to drop me a note and let me know what you think.  I may even throw in some of my feelings about the XBox 360 and my new Zune while I am at it to give a change of pace.
