About me:I have worked as a Support Escalation Engineer for Microsoft Product Support Services for over 9 years supporting SMS and MOM. I was also the beta support engineer for ConfigMgr. In addition to this blog I have written multiple articles for TechNet magazine and have been tasked with various technical reviews for content related to SMS/ConfigMgr/MOM/OpsMgr.
