&lt;p&gt;re: &amp;#39;FEP 2010 definition updates release 3 times per day – even though this is the case it is recommended to set the Software Update synchronization cycle to only run once per day.&amp;#39;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could you pls explain why that is?&lt;/p&gt;
