I have a bachelor's degree from Whitman College and a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Illinois. I have worked at Microsoft since 1997. I started on the DirectXMedia team testing multimedia components in IE4. I'm currently the test development manager responsible for Windows Runtime in Windows 8. Previously I have worked on Media Center, media pipelines (DirectShow and Media Foundation), DVD, video rendering, and audio.
