Just prior to Microsoft, Colin was a Research Director at AMR Research, the leading independent Supply Chain Advisory firm, and in this role was a trusted advisor to many of the Fortune 500 on manufacturing and supply chain best practices, and on designing software architectures that support demand-driven supply networks and demand-driven manufacturing. Colin also advised many of the leading ERP, Manufacturing and Supply Chain software vendors on their enterprise software architectures, product development roadmaps, product marketing, partnering and acquisitions. Colin was also the evangelist for Manufacturing 2.0 that..."capitalizes on service-based and collaboration-based architectures to let manufacturers dynamically reconfigure sensor and mobile-worker-enabled supply networks to make products right first time and on demand". Colin has also been a CTO for a software vendor and a CIO for a Chemical company. Among his areas of expertise he includes: Enterprise SOA, Manufacturing SOA, Business Process Management, Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence, CRM, ERP, PLM, SCM, and MES.</st1:PersonName><st1:PersonName w:st="on"> </st1:PersonName>

<st1:PersonName w:st="on">Laura Fraser</st1:PersonName> - As a Business Development Manager, Laura manages partnerships with Microsoft’s top tier Global ISVs in Supply Chain, shaping partner strategy and sales alignment with Microsoft globally.  Laura has received numerous awards for performance excellence in her eighteen years in the technology industry and has been featured in past Microsoft campaigns.  Laura is a graduate of the <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">University</st1:PlaceType> of <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Southern California</st1:PlaceName> with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Seattle</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">University</st1:PlaceType></st1:place> with a Masters of Business Administration. 


James Vastbinder - Worldwide Technology Strategist for ERP & Supply Chain at Microsoft.  James focuses on building the future strategy on how Microsoft thinks about Supply Chain and ERP in the near-to-longer term future.  James began his career in telecom helping found an ISP in his college years and most recently before joining Microsoft, working for BroadVision to architect some of the largest Brick-and-Mortar websites on the internet. 


Enrique Andaluz - As Industry Market Development Manager of Supply Chain at Microsoft, Enrique engages with customers to understand their business to build a joint roadmap for Supply Chain improvement.  His core focus is to improve visibility and collaboration practices in areas such as real-time Sales and Operations Planning, Inventory Monitoring and Analysis, Point of Sale Analytics and Business Intelligence.  With more than 20 years of experience in Supply Chain, Enrique is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, USA with a MS degree in Operations Research and a graduate of Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico, Mexico City with a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering.


Mike Duran - Mike is a Solution Specialist in Manufacturing for Microsoft.  Mike has 30+ years of multi-faceted experiences in varous Manufacturing and Software related industries.  His first 14 years were spent in the heavy equipment, apparel and high technology manufacturing industries.  Mike has worked for companies such as Gardner-Denver, Bayly Corp, Gould Inc and Advanced Energy.


Alex Lima - Alex Lima more than 25 years of experience in Manufacturing and Information Technology.  As the Managing Director of Manufacturing Industries for Microsoft Canada and Latin America, his mission is to maximize the client’s experience with Microsoft products and services, extended with a large ecosystem of partners, in solving their business problems.  Before joining Microsoft, Alex Lima worked at Hewlett Packard worldwide, in Cap Gemini with large US and Canadian clients and as CIO of Alumax Engineered Metal Processes in St Louis.  Alex Lima has a BS in Mechanical Engineering, a MBA and a MS in Industrial Engineering, with focus on the computer simulation of manufacturing environments
