The "Customization and Configuration" exam is the one available immediately. You can find all the details at http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?ID=MB2-866.

As a starting point to prepare for the exam, you can start with Dynamics CRM 2011 Developer Training Kit: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=78498c29-28ac-440b-9c20-ec5da6ee6e98&displaylang=en.
