The Microsoft Live Labs Pivot Control is now available for Silverlight as a custom PivotViewer control that can be easily added to Silverlight applications. You can learn more about the control on the Silverlight.net community site and download the control here. I have been talking about Pivot with a number of my customers who are interested in Pivot’s ability to provide an interface to explore data through pictures.
Because the PivotViewer control API surfaces interesting interactions using events, the Microsoft Silverlight Analytics Framework could be easily extended to track those events. If you are interested in seeing this integration, please vote for this feature on the framework site.
