The TeachTec blog has changed, a little bit! We are officially co-blogging to this site to bring you relevant and useful tools and resources from Microsoft to inspire and engage your students.
Posts will come from Tony Franklin, who spent the past three years working at the High School of the Future, a public school in Philadelphia created through a collaboration of Microsoft and the Philadelphia Public Schools. Tony worked closely with teachers, students and administrators across all things tech in the classroom and throughout the school.
Rob Bayuk, the original TeachTec blogger will continue to post. Rob has worked at Microsoft for a long time, but in a hiatus he got his Master in Teaching degree and taught high school Social Studies and English at Skyline High School in the Seattle area and loved to use technology as a core element in the curriculum.
So, maybe the easy way to think of this new model:
- Rob = "Teach"
- Tony = "Tec"
And together we hope to provide you with useful and practical tips that you can apply in the classroom.
And as always we look forward to your posts and comments.
Regards,
Rob & Tony (aka @TeachTec)
