Is your gym as crowded as mine? Sure is great to see lots of motivated folks who are trying to repair the damage of holiday cookies and get in shape! I don't know about you, but I write everything down - calories consumed, exercises completed, workout routines, etc. Seeing these on paper keeps me accountable.
