Microsoft has recently released two articles. One about AT&T and the other about IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem)

  IDC Insight document detailing the alliance announced on June 2005 (Microsoft PressPass) to implement Microsoft Connected Services Framework (CSF) in the AT&T network to create and deliver new services over IP.
• Microsoft Connected Services Framework and IMS: A Partnership for Success
  A White paper examining complementary functionality offered by Microsoft CSF and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS). This is a unique collaboration in fact, because IMS provides core functions within the network that help drive a diverse range of Web services; whereas CSF helps telecommunications operators create, aggregate, deploy and manage those Web services.
