it does not install, state that I do not have Office 2007 installed on my laptop. I do have it though! Strange.
In Office 2007, go to Review and you'll see Translate button in the ribbon. Click Translate and you’ll see the Research task pane. Choose [Translate] under [All Reference Books] and then, click on [Translation options]. Translation Options box shows up and there, you’ll see Microsoft Translator option for the language pairs [Arabic->English/English->Arabic, Chinese->English/English->Chinese, etc.]. For the languages pairs that Microsoft Translator currently accommodates, go to: http://www.microsofttranslator.com/. Hope that you can find Microsoft Translator in your Office.

I have installed the Translator for Microsoft Office and it works as said in many blog posts here. It helps because I frequently receive attached files in emails of foreign language link submissions in Excel format.
Mesmo com o programa de tradução, o tradutor mistura varias linguas, gotaria que usasse o portugues de portugal é mais limpo não tem tantas palavras misturadas de linguas.
