&lt;p&gt;These are high quality people with a proven track record of delivery, each one of whom I would personally recommend to lead a complex engagement. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The MCA credential is so tough that MCS' own folks fail on a regular basis as well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Kudos to Per. &amp;nbsp;Dont compromise the program, as the folks that have sailed through to this point really are quality architects.&lt;/p&gt;
