I must say, Howard had quite a spiffy photo for his intro slide. I can tell someone put some effort into making it look good, so my compliments to whoever that may be. :-)

(Some of the other photos are unique in their own special ways. ;-) )

I listened in earlier today and I thought the information provided was great. It answered the main question I had about how do I get started. I'm also a marathoner like one of the presenters so I totally identified with the analogy of starting out walking, then short races, and then finally long races.
