I have way too many user accounts.  I can’t use the same password everywhere, but so many of these also force me to use different usernames.  I can’t remember them!

I went to the web page for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and I forgot my username.  But the stupid password reset page doesn’t work – at least not in Chrome or Firefox.  Here’s what happens when I click the link to recover my username and password:

Yup.  I have Flash installed, newer than what they require on two different browsers and it doesn’t work.  I uninstalled Flash from IE9 because it kept crashing the browser (and after I did, IE9 stopped crashing).

How ridiculous.
