Institution Admins can now get access to Windows 8 and Visual Studio 2012 from the DreamSpark Admin/MSDN subscriber portal.
This will allow them to start planning and preparing to install Windows 8 and Visual Studio on institutional labs over the summer vacation period in preparation for the next academic year.
In terms of general availability to students via dreamspark.com and ELMS DreamSpark Premium. This will be made available around 25th of August and no later than end of month.
Students who are NOT presently at a institution or simply on summer vacation can download and install a 90 day evaluation version from http://dev.windows.com
