We’ll look at how to use Nucleus Research ERP ROI Tools to shorten the deal cycle and how to use the business case to identify areas of competitive benefit. We will examine when to apply metrics such as ROI, TCO, NPV, and Payback during the sales process, how to build credibility behind estimates of benefits, and how to use the business case to effectively negotiate with customers during the purchase phase.
