For those of you attending Convergence back in April, and in the AX General session, you’d have seen a wicked demonstration of an expenses application being run on Windows Phone 7 updated AX 2012.

Kees, our AX GM went on to talk about the current Microsoft project underway to replace our outdated Expense Management solution (ERP vendor to remain nameless but I’m sure many of you could take a wild stab), whereby AX 2012 expense management would be rolled out to the Microsoft employee base.

There are I’m pleased to say, users already up and running in the US and Australia. Feedback has been very positive when compared with previous incumbent in this area.

Quote from an end user – “Well, I did my first expense report using MS Expense 2.0 last week and it was SIMPLE.”
