Public sector organisations are all under pressure to deliver more services ‘digital by default’ for less. Impossible? Not at all.
The Welsh Assembly found a way to do both for 200 services, consolidating 8 inefficient systems into a single workflow that met the needs of 29 different government offices. Want to know how they did it?

I left the then Welsh Assembly Government in 2013 where I worked in Economic Development Division (EDD) on RSA/AIG/SIF/WEFO Funding-ESF/ERDF/etc. covering the South Wales Valleys which are all Objective 1 Areas. I became ill in 2013 having going through a Divorce in 2010. I left WAG on "ill-health grounds".
However since then I've recovered. I have an ONC and HNC in Computer Studies and I'm currently studying on a BSc(Hons)Degree in Computing & IT with the OU.
Question: Any IT jobs going in the Welsh Government? How much would I have to pay back re: after leaving on ill-health grounds?
