After a significant review of key business procedures within Bucks New University, the institution will implement a cross university partnership management solution, based on Dynamics CRM from Microsoft.

The review was headed up by Professor Chris Kemp, Pro Vice Chancellor and it will be under his stewardship that this project will be driven into the university.

“We are looking for the solution to deliver some key performance enhancements as well as giving us greater clarity across our relationships”

Professor Kemp suggested as the news of this new project was released.  This project is delivered within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM framework and will be one of the first Universities in the UK to be live on a new business application with Dynamics CRM 2011.

Phase two already underway with Cross University CRM implementation

Phase two of this project will be to provide business managers with far more intuitive information that joins up key processes across the university, including the management of placements both in terms of education and nursing provision. The goals are to provide decision makers with key performance information from a management information solution, which is delivered via PDA or laptop, a dynamic solution for a proactive and diverse working environment.

New University Bucks staff will be provided with innovative solutions for delivering this information integrating document management, events management and a reporting methodology to drive performance and provide key matrices.
