Monday 11 December: Integration Options for Dynamics In this session we will cover in depth the integration capabilities of each of the Dynamics products. Additionally, we will provide best practice advice on how to integrate these products using various scenarios.We willprovide technical detail on the strengths and weaknesses of each integration approach and where to utilise BizTalk in your integration strategy. With each scenario covered, there will be links to detailed information so that you can further your research on best practices around the various integration strategies and technologies.
Tuesday 12 December: Business Intelligence options for Dynamics CRM Learn how to build OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) cubes to maximise the value of your CRM data and provide multi-dimensional reports for use with analytical viewers. Using Business Intelligence Development Studio you will learn how to build a cube with dimensions and measures on a SQL 2005 platform, extracting data from CRM and delivering through Proclarity.
Wednesday 13 December: ISV Options for Dynamics CRM We will delve through a wide range of ISV solutions which can extend the functionality of your CRM deployment. Areas such as word-merge, marketing and telephony integration will be covered. Additionally, full contact details of the ISVs will be provided so that you can directly discuss opportunities and partnerships.
Thursday 14 December: Mobile Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Understand and review current mobility options for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including CRM Mobile and the recently released CRM Mobile Express. We will review the differences between the two solutions and provide a demonstration of CRM Mobile Express.
Friday 15 December: 2007 Microsoft Office System Opportunities for Dynamics CRM The combined launch of Windows Vista, 2007 Microsoft Office system and Exchange Server 2007 (collectively, 'EVO') is the biggest single investment Microsoft has ever made. It's also the biggest business opportunity we've ever provided our partners. This session will cover the opportunities of this exciting new product range in conjunction with Dynamics CRM. Technologies covered will include Office 2007, SharePoint and Windows Vista. We will provide practical examples of how Dynamics CRM can take advantage of this wave of interest in our platform.
