We have now successfully completed the delivery of our preliminary MOSS and CRM Integration course. This has been well received by partners and resulted in them understanding how to derive business value from these two technologies working better together. Over the course of the two days attendees learn how to integrate these two technologies in line with a business process that is commonly seen in CRM implementations.
For those of you that recently attended the CRM Road Shows I discussed and demonstrated some of this work and the business value of these two technologies working together and now you can register and reap the benefits. These courses are being subsidised by Microsoft with the partner having to pay 300 GBP for the two days. This is a real bargain and something you should consider attending to broaden your skill set in surrounding CRM technologies.
For those of you that I met at the Edinburgh Road Show we are looking to hold this same event at a location in Edinburgh town centre... stay tuned. The ones mentioned below are at the Xpertise London Office.
