What a week it was, too. We’ve got it all going on at the moment – events, launches, previews and everything in-between. Here’s your weekly wrap-up:

Monday was events day – we posted details of two excellent upcoming dates for your diary. Find out more about Windows Phone at the free Windows Phone 7 DDD community event – 7 October, or, on a totally different theme, go made with Entity Framework 4 at this Hardcore Entity Framework 4 training day with Julie Lerman – 22 October.

On Tuesday we asked if you’ve seen the Windows Phone 7 apps preview? There are some fabulous app demos to view from Netflix, Twitter, Flixster, OpenTable and Travelocity.

Wednesday’s posts were all go, with this fortnight’s MSDN Flash newsletter landing in your inboxes. This edition features a great feature article outlining what’s new for developers in SharePoint 2010, along with the regular poll which asked what’s your primary mobile device?

Yesterday I found a cool video of Scott Guthrie and Charlie Kindel celebrating the Windows Phone 7 Developer Tools Release which is proving very popular on Channel 9. To round off the week we brought news of the newly announced Visual Basic CTP for Windows Phone Developer Tools.

Not a bad week, eh? Have a good weekend – I’ll be spending mine running an 8k in Windsor with a lot of other likeminded ladies. Keep you fingers crossed for a dry day!
