As a .NET Developer, you will work on both individual and team projects, applying an innovative approach to your work. You will also be required to interact with the client to try and produce a better product than they had in mind. This role also requires sound problem solving skills and a willingness to take on responsibilities to get the job done.
Role: Head of Technical Development
Region: East of England – Hertfordshire
Description: This is a new role and we want to fill it with a really high calibre person. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the .NET development team (growing, but currently 6 developers). This gives the role plenty of variety including technical team management and supervision, technical project management, technical trouble-shooting, work scheduling, defining processes, writing / reviewing technical documentation, and defining and enforcing development standards.

Description: Applicants must have 2-3 years of commercial experience of ASP.NET (C#) development, using Microsoft Visual Studio, and have worked on a variety of small to medium sized projects (1-6 months). Strong object-oriented programming skills and a disciplined and structured approach to software development are essential. Experience of user interface design, scalable web component development and RAD/agile development methodologies is beneficial.
