Hi, I'm Brian Hitney!

I frequently delivers presentations and work with local community groups and customers on emerging technologies, .NET, and developer tools. Hi, I'm Jim O'Neil!

I'm a Microsoft Senior Developer Evangelist who covers the Northeast District (namely, New England and upstate New York). My overall focus is to engage with the development community in the area through user groups, code camps, BarCamps, Microsoft-sponsored events, etc., and just in general serve as ambassador for Microsoft. Over the past year or so, I have been focusing on software development scenarios using cloud computing and Windows Azure.

Hi, I'm Peter Laudati!

I'm a Microsoft Senior Developer Evangelist based in New Jersey. I'm from the Jersey Shore, like long walks on the beach, but I'm not into GTL. I support the developer community in the NY/NJ metropolitan area by frequently speaking at user groups, Code Camps, and various technology conferences.  If you're a developer in the NY/NJ metro area (or anywhere!), chat me up about Windows Azure.

Hi, I'm Adam Hoffman!

I'm a Microsoft Developer Evangelist based in Chicago focused on Windows Azure.  By day, you can likely find me somewhere in the midwest, driving to yet another whiteboarding/deep-thinking session, ready to figure out how the cloud can save your family from certain doom, and make you rich and successful in the process.

Before I started evangelizing, I was a Senior Developer Lead for Microsoft in Redmond, working on Office 365, BPOS, and Office Live. I miss Redmond, and the excitement of the mother ship, but the call of bitter cold and lots of snow in Chicago was too much for me, and so I had to return. Lucky for you! When he's not evangelizing, I like to spend time with my wife and kids, telling them how the cloud will benefit them as well.

Hi, I'm Mike Benkovich!

I'm a Microsoft Senior Developer Evangelist based in the Twin Cities metro area.  I’ve been working for the last several years now at Microsoft in a role that allows me to help people explore what’s new and possible with the new releases of technology that are coming out at a rapid pace. These include things from client and web technologies like ASP.NET and Phone to user interface techniques like Silverlight and Ajax, to server and cloud platforms like SQL Server and Azure. For example check out the webcasts we’re doing on Windows Azure (http://benkotips.com/s2nCloud).

Hi, I'm Zhiming Xue! (a.k.a. "Dr. Z")

I am a senior Microsoft Architect Evangelist with the Developer and Platform Evangelism for U.S. Public Sector team. I focus on Windows Azure cloud computing but sometimes talk about Windows and Phone applications along with cloud computing. I spent several years earning a Ph.D. degree in management science and subsequently a nickname “Dr. Z” which should’ve been “Dr. Xue”. Does this make any difference? Only if it is the actual code.

Hi, I'm Brian Prince!

I am a Microsoft Principal Cloud Evangelist based in Ohio. I get super excited whenever I talk about technology, especially cloud computing, patterns, and practices. My job is to help customers strategically leverage technology, and help them bring their architecture to a super level.

In a past life I was a part of super startups, super marketing firms, and super consulting firms. Much of my super architecture background includes building super scalable applications, application integration, and award winning web applications. All of them were super.

Further, I am a co-founder of the non-profit organization CodeMash (www.codemash.org). I speak at various international technology conferences. I only wish my job didn’t require me to say ‘super’ so much.

I am the co-author of “Azure in Action”, published by Manning Press. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Physics from Capital University, Columbus, Ohio. I'm also a zealous gamer. For example, I'm a huge fan of Fallout 3, Portal, and pretty much every other game I play.
