If you are a .NET Developer and want to create workflows, but have no where to host them then this may be for you. You create your WF in Visual Studio using some WCF constructs, you run a tool to create a BizTalk orchestration wrapper, and then deploy the wrapper and workflow to the BizTalk server to host it.
