While I'm on the topic, I just recalled something that never fails to bother me everytime I watch Minority Report. We spent rivers of virtual inks on many ppts, showing how adopting a federation approach saves you from odd situations in which  an employee who resigned from its company is still able to access partner websites, as the latters have thier own identity stores entries for him and they didn't delete the entry right away... now: Tom Cruise character manage to sneak in IN HIS OWN ORG by using his eyes AFTER he's been clearly suspended... furthermore, later his wife promptly performs the same trick!!! Bottom line: cool user experience, BI capabilities beyond all dreams of the biz guys (I mean, PREDICTING future :)), but lousy identity management... let's fix this before it happens [;)]
