I've created a screencast that shows you how to create a Windows form in Visual Basic 2005 that you can call from your Visual Basic 6 application using the Microsoft Interop Forms Toolkit 1.0. The screencast is about 6 minutes long.

Is there any need to shim the .net dll?
Do you think it would also work from office VBA - I guess it will.
(I will test when i get time)

Thanks Kathleen. The webcast was good. I'm succesfully creating new interop forms, BUT, can you take an existing winform app (.exe), and change it to a class type and generate the wrapper class and then use it?
I've tried this and it doesn't seem to work.
