A group blog from members of the VB team
I recently blogged about the new VB 2010 language features announced at PDC, as well as the video available from Paul and Lucian's "VB Futures" session. Another way to learn about the new features coming out in 2010 is by watching the following Channel9 video with VB specification lead, Lucian Wischik.
Title: Lucian Wischik and Lisa Feigenbaum: What's new in Visual Basic 10Abstract: In this demo-heavy video, Lucian shows off a number of new features in Visual Basic 10 including Collection Initializers, better Office integration, inline functions, parallel LINQ, simpler type handling, auto properties, and lots more.

VB is going to die if all books on new technologies are to continue to be written using c# as the primary presentation language.
Have you seen any new books published this year concerning WPF, WCP, LINQ, or Silverlight where the primary lanuage is VB?
Even ASP.NET 3.5 Unleashed is presented for C# programmers.
This does not augur well from VB developers or the VB language.

My latest in a series of the weekly, or more often, summary of interesting links I come across related to Visual Studio. SlickEdit Versioning Toolbox is a Visual Studio extension that gives version control like functionality on your local workstation.
